The offices available are of 250 sq. ft., 295 sq. ft. and 350 sq. ft.
The following services are fully inclusive within the rent structure for the individual office rooms:-
Access to Broadband, On site car parking, cleaning - 5 days weekly, Waste collection and recycling collection weekly, Kitchen, Rest Room and Toilets, Staffed Reception (8.45am - 5pm Monday to Friday), Support and message handling (including access to photocopier) and Mail delivery/collection (Monday to Friday), Building Insurance and exterior maintenance,.
